This policy covers the text signup at coacht.training, used for Campus Ministry (FCA) program updates. Messages are sent by Coach T (Jesse Thibodeau) using the messaging account of Spiritually Driven Ministries Inc., the nonprofit registered with the carrier for this phone number.
We collect the parent's and student's names, a mobile phone number, and which program(s) were selected, so we can send updates about those programs. A parent may also add their student's mobile number. We keep a record of who agreed to receive texts on each number, and when.
Students don't sign themselves up. A parent or guardian signs up and may add their student's number, agreeing on their student's behalf.
When a student's number is on the list, a copy of every text between Coach T and that student is sent to the parent's number, in both directions. Students are told this in their first text and in the texts Coach T sends them. Messages are stored so the parent and Coach T have the same record of what was sent.
We use this information only to send practice and meeting reminders, schedule changes, and occasional program news to the programs you selected. We don't use it for anything else.
Coaches and leaders who support the specific program you signed up for can see your information. We don't sell or share it with outside companies or organizations.
Message frequency varies by program and season. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. Standard carrier rates apply. Consent to receive texts is not required to be part of a program, and opting out of texts does not remove you from the program itself.
This signup is separate from any permission slip or form your school requires. Completing this form doesn't replace any school paperwork.
